How quickly can I move into a Comodo apartment?
If you need an apartment the same or the next day, please give us a call at +358 10 470 4380. We'll do our best to arrange you an apartment.
How long can I stay in a Comodo apartment?
If your move-in and move-out dates are known, you can book the apartment for a fixed period. This is often the most cost-effective option and works well for shorter or clearly defined stays.
What if I don’t yet know when the stay will end?<br>
If the end date is still uncertain, you can choose an open-ended agreement. The notice period can be 7, 14 or 30 days – the longer the notice period, the lower the monthly rate. This allows the stay to adapt to your situation.
Is everything I need included in the apartment?
Yes. The price includes a furnished apartment, electricity, water, wireless internet, as well as bed linens and towels ready for use. Each apartment has a washing machine, cooking equipment, tableware, cleaning supplies and basic detergents. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
Can I bring a pet with me?
Many of Comodo’s apartments are pet-friendly. Pet policies are shown on each apartment’s own page. If you’re bringing a pet, please let us know when booking. A pet fee applies.
How is Comodo different from a hotel or an aparthotel?
Comodo apartments are located in regular residential buildings. You get more space, more privacy and the chance to live day-to-day life in a normal home setting.
