When is Comodo's fully furnished apartment the best option?
If you want to feel at home and are seeking for a flexible way to live in Helsinki region or Tampere, Comodo's fully furnished apartment is the best choice. We have thought about every detail, so that you would feel at home. You may cook in your well equipped kitchen and wash your laundry whenever you wish. Our apartments are centrally located and near services and main office hubs. Also, our rental agreements are flexible.
What is included in the rent?
The rent includes a fully furnished apartment, electricity, water, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. We even make the bed ready for you.
How do I book the apartment?
The easiest way is to book online. If you need an apartment the same or the next day, or you cannot find what you're looking for, please give us a call at +358 10 470 4380 or send us a message via the contact form.
When you are staying over a month and have an estimate regarding the length of your stay, we recommend to choose a Flexible & Fixed contract type and pick a suitable length and notice period. Eg. with the contract type 1-3 months you agree to stay at least one month, but not more than three months. Should you need more flexibility for the length of you stay, we recommend our Until Further Notice contract type, where the length of your stay is not limited.
What kind of contract type is Until Further Notice?
When you are planning to stay at least one, six or 10 months, but do not wish to commit to a specific end date, we recommend that you choose the contract type Until Further Notice. By choosing this contract type, you make sure that you have the apartment at your disposal for as long as you need. All you need to do is to choose a suitable minimum length for your stay and the desired notice period!
I am not sure how long I'd like to stay. Can I still book with you?
Of course! There are different types of rental agreements. When you make a booking, simply choose a flexible contract.
I need an apartment already today! Is that possible?
If you need an apartment the same or the next day, please give us a call at +358 10 470 4380. We'll do our best to arrange you an apartment.
I'm coming to Finland for a long weekend? Do you rent apartments for short period?
Our furnished apartments are perfect also for shorter stays. The minimum length of the stay is two nights.
What if I can't find a suitable apartment?
Please let us know what you are looking for via the contact form, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
I have some special wishes. Do you offer any additional services?
We offer additional services such as additional cleaning and travel cots for babies. Please choose the additional services when booking the apartment. If you wish for something even more extra, please send us a message via the contact form.
How do I pay the booking?
The bookings are paid with a credit card or a bank transfer with a Finnish bank account.
If your organization needs apartments frequently and you would prefer to pay by invoice, please give us a call before making the booking.
Arriving at the apartment
What time is check in?
Check in is latest at 4 pm. If you wish to check in earlier, please send us a message.
How do I get the keys?
In Helsinki: Please choose the pick up method when making the booking. Keys can be picked up from our office from 2 pm to 4 pm (Address: Mannerheimintie 38). It is also possible to pick up the key from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport or from one of the selected R-Kioski -kiosks.
In Tampere: We will contact you regarding the keys.
Leaving the apartment
What time is check out?
Check out is by 11 am. If you wish to check out later, please send us a message in good time.
Where do I leave the keys when the stay is over?
Please leave the keys on the kitchen table.
What should I remember the end of the stay?
- Please take into consideration the term of notice.
- Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. We will send you cleaning instructions separately.
- Please leave the keys, badges, parking permits etc. on the kitchen table.
- Please let us know, if anything is missing in the apartment.

Living in a Comodo Apartment
How do I get in touch with Comodo during my stay?

Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are very welcome to most of our apartments. Please book it as an additional service when making the booking.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
Our apartments are known to be fresh, and that's why you may only smoke only outside. In some buildings smoking on the balcony is permitted. If you wish to know more, please send us message via the contact form.
We have a baby. Are there baby beds and high chairs available in any apartments?
Yes, there have travel cots for babies available as an additional service. If you need a high chair or a potty, please send us a message once you have made the booking.
The smoke detector is beeping. What should I do?
For your own safety, please make sure the smoke detector is always functioning. There are extra batteries available in the cleaning closet. If you any trouble with the smoke detector, please let us know as soon as possible.
What if I lock myself out or lose the key?
Please give us a call at +358 10 470 4380. Additional charges will apply for opening the door or lost keys.
What if something is missing in the apartment?

What should I bring with me to the apartment?
We recommend to take personal belongings such as personal hygiene products and clothes. If you wish to do laundry, please take laundry detergent with you. For cooking please bring spices, cooking oils and food with you.
Cleaning the apartment
How do I clean the apartment after my stay?
Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. We will send you cleaning instructions via email.
You may also purchase final cleaning. Please book it as an additional service when making the booking. If you have already made the booking, please call us +358 10 470 4380 or send us and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is is possible to buy additional cleanings during my stay?

What if I forget something in the apartment or my post arrives there after my departure?
We will take your belongings with us and let you know. You may pick up the belongings from our office. We store all the items for one month unless otherwise agreed.
